Blackwater Hostel, Glamping & Campsite offers good quality, budget accommodation for those touring the Highlands of Scotland. Based in the scenic village of Kinlochleven, we are surrounded by Mamores making us a popular stopover for those hillwalking, climbing or mountain biking or those completing The West Highland Way as we are located right on the trail. Established since 1999 we now provide a varied range of accommodation for groups both large and small. It's perfectly situated just 200m from the village centre, where there are many local amenities such as: supermarket, post office, 3 pubs - all offering bar meals and tourist attractions such as the Ice Factor – Europe’s largest indoor climbing wall, right on the doorstep. 

The hostel can accommodate up to 39 guests in our 10 private rooms with en-suite facilities. All our cozy rooms have central heating, double glazing and comfortable bunk beds with fresh bed linens included. We cater for both small and large groups with room sizes varying from 2, 3, 4 & 8 bedded. Lie back and enjoy the flat screen TV in your room or freshen up after a hard days walking in the adjoining en-suite facilities with plenty hot water on tap and soap, shampoo & shower gel all provided. For breakfast and dinner, guests can make use of the fully equipped self catering kitchen and unwind in the large communal dining and lounge area. There is plenty to keep you entertained in the evenings with free WIFI available in all areas, large flat screen TV’s and a selection of board games to choose from. Guests also have the use of two commercial drying rooms to ensure any wet kit is nice and dry for you in the morning. There’s ample free parking out front for all hostel guests or if travelling but bike we do have a secure lock up where these can be stored.

The hostel is also dog friendly for a small extra charge.
